Pre-Order Professional Ajax!
So I came across a site called The Strange Zen of JavaScript that mentioned several upcoming Ajax books. Low and behold, one of them was Professional Ajax, which is apparently already available for pre-order at Amazon.com! Ironically enough, it looks like some people have already pre-ordered it because it’s already listed in the overall books list. Why is the author always the last to know?
Update: Jim says that if you hold off on ordering, you should be able to get a 34% discount once Amazon updates with more book information.

Make that "the editor is always the last to know." We much have changed something about the timeframe for sending unpublished book data to Amazon.
And not to discourage early sales which we love, but for some reason Amazon hasn't applied the proper discount. So instead of preordering it today, I'd suggest anyone thinking of ordering it should stick it in a wish list as a reminder for themselves and come back when it's 34% off instead of full price. It will be 34% off.
