Someone Else Gets It, Too
After my last posting garnered such a small response, I was heartened to see this site pop up in a blog posting over at Foo’s place. If you stop over, this guy says essentially the exact same thing. In any event, at the site you can download template files to make your own feed icons (I did it the old-fashioned way, though). Hopefully this movement will continue!

Hey, "Alt+D" shortuct for a link is very bad idea, because it is standrd shortcut for address bar in FireFox and IE.

Actually, the standard is "Ctrl+D" in both IE and Firefox.

On fresh FF 1.5 "Ctrl+D" means "Add Bookmark". No tweaks, no special extensions.
On IE 5.5 "Ctrl+D" does nothing.
